At Shehamet, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

If you no longer want the product, you may return it within 30 days, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition.

  • The item is returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is provided.

For approved returns requested within 30 days, Shehamet will cover the return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used products.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

  • Products damaged after delivery by the customer.

  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items.

  • Personal care or hygiene-sensitive products once opened, worn, installed, or altered.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number.

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging.

  • A brief description of the issue.

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund where applicable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

Shehamet will cover the return shipping costs for approved returns made within 30 days of delivery, including cases where:

  • The customer no longer wants the item.

  • The wrong item was sent.

  • The item arrived damaged or defective.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

If your order has already been dispatched, you may still request a return within 30 days of delivery in accordance with this Refund & Return Policy.
